Wang Likun, female, of Han ethnicity, was born in Baoding, Hebei Province in October 1981. She holds a postgraduate degree and a Master’s degree. She joined the Communist Party of China in May 2002 and started working in July 2004. She has successively served as a full-time counselor, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, and Deputy Director of the Graduate Work Department of the University Party Committee as well as the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commissioner stationed in the Graduate School of Nanchang University. At present, she is the Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University.

Engaged in research on industrial ecology and carbon neutrality in river basins, industrial ecological complexity and industrial carbon neutrality. Currently serves as the dean of the School of Resources and Environment at Nanchang University and the director of the Institute of Carbon Neutrality in River Basins.

Bai Xiaowu, male, was born in July 1984 in Shanggao, Jiangxi Province. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 2006 and started his career in September 2006. At present, he serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University.

Liu Zhifeng, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in Xinyu, Jiangxi Province in October 1977. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Master’s degree, and is a lecturer. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 2002 and started working in July 2002. Currently, he serves as Vice Dean of the College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University.

Wei Linsheng, male, PhD, Professor, PhD Supervisor. He currently serves as Vice Dean of the College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University, and concurrently as Director of the Department of Process Equipment and Control Engineering.

Li Kun, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in November 1988, and his ancestral home is Yongfeng, Jiangxi Province. He graduated from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences) with a doctoral degree in Engineering, majoring in Environmental Engineering. Currently, he serves as Vice Dean of the College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University.

Liu Yaolan, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in November 1981 in Ji'an, Jiangxi Province. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Master’s degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 2006 and started working in September 2005. Currently, he serves as Member of the Party Committee of the College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University, and Deputy Director of the Engineering Research Center of River Basin Carbon Neutrality of the Ministry of Education.

Peng Honggen, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in September 1981 in Yichun, Jiangxi Province. He is a Professor, PhD Supervisor, Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program (Youth) Project, and Member of the Academic Committee of Nanchang University. Currently, he serves as Vice Dean of the College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University, Standing Member of the Volatile Organic Compounds Pollution Prevention and Control Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, and Member of the Energy and Environment Professional Committee of the Chinese Energy Society.

Ouyang Erming, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in September 1976 in Yongxin, Jiangxi Province. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Doctoral degree in Engineering. He joined the Communist Party of China in March 2004 and started working in July 1997. Currently, he serves as Director of the Department of Municipal Engineering, College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University.

Ma Zhifei, male, was born in September 1986 in Feixi, Anhui Province. He holds a Doctoral degree in Engineering, and is an Associate Research Fellow and Master’s Supervisor. Currently, he serves as Deputy Director (in charge of the department’s overall work) of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University.

​Xu Peilun, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in July 1993 in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. He holds a Doctoral degree in Engineering, and is an Associate Professor/Master’s Supervisor. Currently, he serves as Deputy Director (in charge of the department’s overall work) of the Department of Resources Science and Engineering, College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University, and also acts as a Science and Technology Commissioner of Jiangxi Province.
