It is a wholly state-owned limited liability company approved by the competent authority and holds independent legal person status. As the sole investor of the company, Nanchang University assumes limited liability up to the amount of capital contribution stipulated in the company's articles of association, enjoys owner's equity, and exercises the rights of an investor.
