I. Basic Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment

Applicants shall uphold the correct political orientation, abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, and implement the Party's lines, principles and policies. They shall be loyal to and devoted to the cause of socialist education, practice core socialist values, and abide by professional ethics, national laws and regulations as well as the relevant rules and regulations of the university.

II. Types of Talents to Be Recruited

(1) Discipline Leading Talents

Recruitment Quota: 1 personRequired Majors: Science (07), Engineering (08)Requirements: Possess strong academic organization capabilities and have achieved influential research results at a domestically leading or internationally advanced level with outstanding academic accomplishments in the respective discipline; have a dynamic academic vision and creative ideas for disciplinary development; be capable of leading the discipline to a domestically leading position and striving for domestically leading and internationally advanced levels in the frontier fields of the discipline.

(2) Discipline Direction Leaders

Recruitment Quota: 2 personsRequired Majors: Science (07), Engineering (08)Requirements: Possess strong team organization capabilities and have achieved important representative research results in the respective disciplinary (professional) direction with excellent academic competitiveness and great development potential; have the ability to formulate development plans for the disciplinary direction and put forward innovative ideas for disciplinary construction and academic research.

(3) Excellent Disciplinary Talents

Recruitment Quota: 6 personsRequired Majors: Science (07), Engineering (08)Requirements: Possess strong academic capabilities and have influential representative research results in the respective discipline; have great development potential, innovative ideas for disciplinary construction, and the potential to support the discipline in maintaining or striving for a domestically advanced level. Applicants shall generally have postdoctoral research experience (for no less than 2 years) in well-known universities or research institutes at home and abroad, have experience in presiding over national-level scientific research projects, and possess the potential to compete for national-level young talent programs. The initial employment contract for newly recruited staff shall have a probationary period of 6 years, and a renewed contract shall be signed upon passing the assessment at the end of the probationary period.

(4) Excellent Doctors (Laboratory Position)

Recruitment Quota: 1 personRequired Majors: Environmental Science and Engineering (0776, 0830, 0971)Requirements: Hold a doctoral degree with a postgraduate education background from high-level universities, research institutes or renowned overseas universities, have an excellent educational background in all academic stages, and majored in a related or similar field. The applicant shall be under 32 years of age, and the age limit may be relaxed to under 40 years of age for outstanding candidates.

III. Salary and Benefits

For High-level Talents of All Types

For Excellent Doctors

Enjoy the salary and welfare benefits and housing purchase subsidy stipulated by the state, with no research start-up funds provided, and no job transfer shall be allowed during the employment period at the university. The university also provides public rental housing and high-quality educational resources for children from kindergarten to senior high school; the Grade III Class A affiliated hospital of the university offers high-quality medical security services. IV. Recruitment Procedures

The recruitment shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of application, assessment, physical examination, investigation, public announcement and employment. This recruitment plan shall be implemented throughout 2026 until all vacancies are filled. At least 10 working days after the release of this announcement, the college will organize assessments irregularly according to the application situation, with no minimum examination ratio restricted for the number of candidates to be assessed.

3. Notes: The email subject and attachments shall clearly indicate: Graduation University, Name & Academic Degree, Major, Intended College and Specific Position (e.g., XX University + XX Postdoctoral Fellow + XX Major + Applying for XX Talent Position at the College of Resources and Environmental Sciences). Applicants shall fill in and submit relevant materials truthfully and carefully; any consequences arising from the provision of false materials shall be borne by the applicants themselves.

(2) Assessment

The college will adopt one or more assessment forms as needed, and submit the representative research results of applicants for external review by peer experts. Admission shall be granted to the outstanding candidates upon the approval of the university based on the external review results. The time and venue of the assessment shall be separately notified by the college.

(3) Physical Examination

1. Candidates for physical examination shall be selected in the ratio of 1:1 to the recruitment quota for each position based on the assessment results.

2. The physical examination shall be conducted at the designated hospital of the university, in accordance with the Measures for the Physical Examination of Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Jiangxi Province (Revised) (Gan Jiao Gui Zi 2021No.3) and the relevant regulations of the university. Applicants shall be in good physical and mental health.

(4) Investigation

An investigation shall be conducted on the candidates who have passed the physical examination, to fully understand their political quality, moral conduct, work ability, compliance with laws and disciplines, integrity and self-discipline, academic and work performance, and physical and mental health.

(5) Public Announcement

After passing the assessment and physical examination and obtaining the approval of the university, the basic information and applied positions of the proposed recruits will be publicly announced on the university campus for five working days, and then submitted to the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for a seven-day public announcement.

(6) Employment

1. Upon the expiration of the public announcement with no objections, the relevant entry procedures shall be completed. A probationary assessment shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant national regulations. Candidates who fail the probationary assessment shall be dismissed in accordance with the relevant regulations.

2. New recruits employed through open recruitment shall enjoy the treatment of staff in public institutions, be uniformly included in the record-based staffing management system, and their welfare benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations.
