Research Profile

Dr. Chen Chunli is an Associate Professor and Postdoctoral Fellow. She currently serves as the Deputy Director and Party Branch Secretary of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, College of Resources and Environment, Nanchang University. She is also among the first batch of Ganjiang Young Scholars of Nanchang University and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada.
As a core lecturer, she undertakes undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Environmental Monitoring and Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal for the Environmental Engineering program, as well as the general education course Introduction to Environmental Protection for the entire university. She is the chief editor of the textbook Introduction to Environmental Protection.
She has presided over 1 national-level project, and participated in several key national research programs, such as the National Major Instrument Development Special Project, the National 973 Program, the National Science and Technology Support Program, and National Natural Science Foundation Projects. In addition, she has led 3 provincial and ministerial-level projects, 1 Industry-University Cooperation and Collaborative Education Project of the Ministry of Education, and 1 university-level educational reform project.
Her research findings have been published in over 30 academic papers in prominent SCI-indexed journals, including Environmental Science & Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Marine Pollution Bulletin, Human and Ecological Risk Assessment, and Chemistry and Ecology.
